For remediation companies

If you do this work in Adams County or the Hanover area and want introductions from this site, here is what we check first and what the arrangement looks like.

What we verify and record

• Business name and the entity behind it.
• Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor registration where it applies to the work.
• Evidence of insurance.
• IICRC Certified Firm status, checked at iicrc.org, with the date we checked it. If we cannot verify it, we record that instead, and we never describe you as certified on this site.

How introductions work

• Nothing is sent to you unless the homeowner has explicitly agreed to have their details shared.
• A signed referral agreement has to exist before we pass anyone along.
• We do not sell the same inquiry to several companies at once.
• We do not quote prices on your behalf, and we do not promise response times you have not agreed to.

What we ask of you

Call people back. Give a written scope that separates remediation from moisture repair and from any upgrade like encapsulation. Do not diagnose a species from a photograph. If a job is smaller than the homeowner fears, say so.

Our intake is not open yet, so there is nothing to sign today. This page exists so the terms are public before anyone is asked to agree to them.
