Privacy policy

This policy describes what the site does today. It does not describe things that are planned but not built, because a policy that promises handling of data we do not collect would be fiction.

What we collect right now

There is no contact form and no email address on this site, so nothing you type here is collected. The site publishes one phone number, and what happens on that line is described in the next section.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested, including IP address, browser type and the page requested, and uses them to serve the site and guard against abuse. We also use Google Search Console, which reports aggregate search statistics such as which queries showed this site and how often pages were clicked. Search Console does not tell us who you are.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking.

The phone line

Calls to the number on this site are not recorded and not transcribed, and no automated assistant answers them. There is no audio file and no transcript of your call, because none is made.

Our telephone provider keeps the ordinary call records any carrier keeps, which is the calling number, the time and the length of the call. If you give your name, your number or your address so someone can call you back, that is written down by hand and kept only for that purpose.

Your details are passed to an independent remediation company only if you say plainly on the call that you want to be connected. If you say no, or say nothing about it, nothing is shared and the rest of the conversation is unaffected. Nothing is sold to anyone, and we do not run a lead auction.

If that ever changes

If a request form or an automated assistant is added later, this policy will be updated before either goes live, and it will state plainly: what the form asks for, that an assistant records and transcribes the conversation only after you are told at the start of the call and agree, and how long recordings, transcripts and records are kept. The consent rule about sharing your details does not change either way.
